CONFERENCE FEE INFORMATION FOR FOREIGN DELEGATES

Date: From Wednesday, April 16, 2025 to Sunday, April 20, 2025
Adult Fee: 400 USD (cash only, no card or bank transfer accepted)
Child Fee: 200 USD (ages 4 to 9)

* Included in the conference fee:
– Meals: From lunch on April 16, 2025, to lunch on April 20, 2025 (13 meals total)
– Accommodation: 4 nights in total
– Transportation: From the airport to the conference place
– Snacks included

* Travel expenses are not included in the conference fee.
* Even if you arrive in Mexico on the day of the conference, the fee remains the same.

IMPORTANT

When purchasing a flight ticket to Mexico City, two airports will be searched. Please use Mexico City International Airport Benito Juarez (MEX) and do not use Felipe Angeles International Airport (NLU). Felipe Angeles International Airport is far away, so it will take longer to travel, and there will be no UBF personnel to guide you on the contracted bus.
